Booking and deposits

A 10% deposit is taken to hold your appointment and is credited against the final bill. The balance is due on completion.

Cancellations

Let us know as far ahead as you can and we will move you to another slot. We run two jobs a day, so a same-day cancellation may forfeit the deposit.

Pricing and condition

Listed prices assume a vehicle in average condition for its age. We inspect every vehicle before starting and will tell you the price of any additional work before we begin it. We do not carry out extra work and bill for it afterwards.

Results

Detailing improves the condition of a vehicle but cannot undo every kind of damage. Deep scratches through the clear coat, burns, tears and permanent dye transfer may not come out. Where we think something will not fully resolve, we say so before starting.

Coating warranties

Ceramic coating durability claims assume the care guidelines we give you are followed, including regular hand or touch-free washing. Automatic brush washes will shorten the life of any coating.

Mobile service

For mobile appointments we need somewhere to park with space to work around the vehicle. We bring our own water and power.
