What we collect

When you book or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and service address. That is all we need to do the work and to reach you about it.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your service, to take payment, and to send you messages about your appointment. If you ask us a question we may follow up about it. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Text messages

We use text messages to confirm appointments and follow up. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you. Standard message rates apply.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our booking and payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Getting your data removed

Email contact.altitudeauto@gmail.com and we will delete what we hold about you, other than records we have to keep for tax purposes.
